We acquire the land, secure the interconnects and build the civil and fiber infrastructure. Buyers take individual 10 MW pads and bring their own compute modules, data halls, energy storage, cooling and backup generation.

You own the pad and everything on it. No shared halls, no landlord in the white space, no colocation contract governing your hardware.
Scheduled takedowns
Pads are purchased on a published takedown schedule, so capacity can be committed in 10 MW steps as your deployment grows.
